Postal items can be triggered from three types of records in Salesforce: opportunities, tasks, and events. Postal activity is mapped back to Salesforce, so you can seamlessly track and measure pipeline growth and revenue being generated from your offline engagement campaigns.

Good to know!

  • To integrate Salesforce with Postal, you must have Admin access in Postal Engage and System Administrator access in Salesforce
  • Creating an API User or using an existing one is highly recommended when setting up the integration for the first time
  • We highly recommend enabling the Account, Contact, Campaign, and Lead objects on the Salesforce Integrations page in Postal to ensure all reporting and syncing work properly
