This article discusses how to link teams to multiple Billing Accounts. It's important to note that each Billing Account can have one currency type assigned to it. The result is that all team members have access to funds in different currencies that allow them to send items internationally.
With Currency Conversion, you’ll want to ensure that each team has access to a billing account with your Source Currency. More on source currency in our Currency Conversion article.
How to Link Billing Accounts
First, make sure you have a Billing Account with the currency you wish to use.
Next, navigate to https://app.postal.io/billing/accounts (Profile & Settings > Billing > Team Budgets). Find the Team you wish to link a billing account to and then select Edit in the Billing Accounts section.
Select an account from the target currency column. Upon selection, the account name will turn blue. Notice in the image below, that USD is selected and one Billing Account is in blue letters. That Billing Account is the USD account tied to this team.
Save! You will now see multiple billing accounts associated with your team.
