Billing Accounts Explained

Billing Accounts in Postal are meant to hold funds. Users with the Admin role are the only ones who can access/create/edit these types of accounts.
 

 

Funds Management Account (or FMA) - The account that houses the billing information used to fund teams.

Fund Management Billing Accounts can be assigned a single currency type including USD, SGD, MXN, GBP, EUR, CAD, and AUD.

Overview

 
  1. Current Balance - funds available in this billing account

  2. Active Teams - teams linked to this account that can access the Current Balance

  3. Payment Method - Credit Card on file and settings associated (How to add funds)

  4. Request to Fund by Invoice - Add funds by invoice

Note: Accounts with a currency that is not USD will not have a Payment Method section and can only be funded by invoice
