Users can adjust and personalize their entire Postal experience in the Profile Settings area of their account. Customization and privacy go one step further in the Account Settings area of Profile Settings.
Note: you will have to have the Admin role to access and make changes in the Account Settings area
Company Info
In the Company Info area, Admins can update the main Account Name, Display Name, and Primary Company Address.
The Account Name is shown internally, and the Display Name is what external contacts see.
Account Configuration
In the account configuration section you can toggle on/off item approvals. When toggled on, this requires users to request access for items to send. Turning it off will allow them to send anything within their budget in the Marketplace. you can exclude specific categories when it's off.
MagicLink Settings
In this section, you can decide when you'd like to auto approve an order that is pending approval.

- After 5 Business Days
- After 10 Business Days
The default is Never.
Redact Contact address:
When this setting is toggled on, all Contact addresses will appear blurred out and will be non-editable for Users and Managers. Admins can still view and edit Contact Addresses.
Currency Conversions
With our currency conversion feature, you’re able to purchase and send items in any currency using just one billing account in your preferred currency. Postal handles the conversion for you (using current exchange rates), making global transactions effortless. No more creating separate billing accounts for each currency.

Campaign Mapping
Toggling this setting will assign a default campaign for your item if they do not have a mapping set.

Configure User Access
The Configure User Access section allows Admins to decide whether Users can see unapproved Items and Events or only those previously approved by an Admin. **these settings are available only when item approvals is toggled on
From the Item Email Notifications dropdown, you can also decide which Admins get a notification email when a new Item is requested for approval by Users.
User Event Options
When toggled on, users can view all events. They cannot book events, but will be able to request an event of interest from an admin
User Bulk Sending Options
User Swag Creator Options
When toggled on, users can access & use the Postal Swag Creator. When toggled of, only admins can access & use the Swag Creator.

Our Support Team has access to certain areas of your account for troubleshooting and customer service purposes. If this is something you would like to change, you can Revoke Access Immediately.
Please keep in mind that revoking Support Access may make it more difficult for the team to help you solve account problems and inquiries should they arise.
