Why would I want the Postal Everywhere Extension?
First, it's good to note that short bursts of information (think breadcrumbs) will help FA content easy to follow. A video should always be below the What You Will Learn section and the written content should be structured to follow along with your video content. No exclusive learning. Customers should be able to learn through either video or written content.
Downloading the Extension
- For Google Chrome
- Be sure to “pin” this so that you can access your instance no matter where you are in your browser. We will cover how to send more effectively in another session.
- For Microsoft Edge
- Be sure to “Show in Toolbar” so that you can access your instance no matter where you are in your browser. We will cover how to send more effectively in another session.
Using the Postal Extension
Now that you have installed the extension and have it set for easy access in your browser, you can use this to not only send items but also to log in to your Postal instance, look at a Contact from within your system of record, giving you the full insight to any items that have been sent them, while not leaving where you are doing your work.
Power users of the Extension are using all forms of sending from within their workflows - more on that in “Ways to Send”
