Before You Start
This guide is for redeeming your Postal Global Choice Link + Prepaid Card. You will need to use an updated browser to redeem your card. The latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge are recommended.

Redeeming Your Gift Card
Your starting point is the email indicating you have been sent a gift.
Step 1 - Select 'Accept'.
Step 2 - You will be taken to a page that indicates your gift is being processed
Step 3 - Once the processing has finished, you will receive a new email titled "Your Gift Card is Here!". Select 'Here's your item'
Step 4 - Time to select your Gift Card(s). Click on the redemption link to be taken to a second page to select the type of gift card(s) you'd wish to redeem.
Note: You can use the Search bar to search by a specific gift card, along with using the filters to filter by a specific country or by currency.
Step 5 - Select the gift card you wish to redeem. In this step, you have the option to break down your total gifted amount into different gift cards. Proceed to checkout if you are selecting one gift card or 'add to cart' to keep selecting more options.
Step 6 - Checkout. You will be taken to a screen where you will see your personal details under Reward Delivery. To the right, under order summary, you will agree to the terms and select Place Order.
Step 7 - Once you've selected your gift card(s), you will receive a new email titled "Here's your item".
Step 8 - Time to activate your Gift Card. Once you have selected the redemption link, you will be taken to a new page to begin the activation process.
Step 9 - Follow the steps to register your card. Select 'Unlock your reward'.
Step 10 - Success! 🥳 You have redeemed your gift card. View your card to save the image or print.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I find the initial gift email?
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply@tangocard.com. While Postal does its best to ensure our emails get to you, some email client settings/rules can prevent them from doing so. You can also search your email client for the following terms
