The Postal Ledger Report can help you understand the movement of money within each billing account.
The Admin role is needed to view this Report.
Starting in Postal, select Profile & Settings from the top left. Next, head to Billing > Billing Accounts. Click Edit on the Account you wish to view. On the Account page select Ledger.
The Report Contains the following information

Type - whether funds are outgoing or incoming (withdrawal/deposit)

Amount - the amount of money in the transaction

Date

Balance - balance based on the transaction

User - the user who initiated the transaction

Action - primarily for downloading invoices
You can filter this report by Type, User, and Date. Clicking the download button in the top right will initiate a download of the report based on any filters you’ve added.
