Recipient Experience

The purpose of this article is to outline the recipient experience.

In Postal Economy, your recipients will be sent an email that directs them to a landing page to accept their gift.

 

Gift Email

The gift email contains an image of the gift, your custom message, and the option to claim the gift

Landing Page

Once your recipient clicks Claim Your Gift they will be directed to a landing page to fill out their detail for the gift. If a collection is sent, the recipient will be prompted to choose their item first.

Meeting Request

If you’ve included a meeting request, the recipient will be prompted to book a meeting based on your calendar settings.

 

Confirmation

Finally, once all steps are completed the recipient will get a confirmation of their redemption.
