What You Will Learn
- How to add your company logo
- How to add your brand’s colors
- How to add your company information (optional)
Add Your Logos
Navigate to the Branding section (fourth from the top) from your Profile settings
- Click the Pencil icon to the right of the Main Logo
- Drag and drop or upload your company’s logo - only .jpg, .png, .svg, or .gif files are accepted
- Click the Pencil icon to the right of the Secondary White Logo; same image type requirements apply
- Drag and drop or upload a white logo on a transparent background
Boom! Here’s where you’ll see your logos:
- Main Logo: gift and event invite workflows, emails, landing pages, and direct mail designs
- Secondary White Logo: dark backgrounds within email templates and landing pages.
Add Your Colors
- Click on Primary color and set your RGB
- NOTE: Postal saves your color selection as soon as you click out of the color picker. Be careful!
- Repeat for Secondary and Tertiary colors
Here’s where you’ll see your three colors:
- Primary: the main color at the top of your gift email and landing pages; avoid light colors
- Secondary: the color of buttons on emails and landing pages; avoid lighter colors that may conflict with the white button text
- Tertiary: the background of your gift emails; lighter colors are recommended
Directly beneath the colors is a link to preview what they’ll look like within your Personalized Email Templates. Sample Elements to the right of brand colors will show examples of your colors in action.
Add Your Company Information
The bottom section is optional!
The language placed in this box will be surfaced on every recipient landing page - from both Personalized Emails and MagicLinks. Examples include a company disclaimer, copyright, or signature.
You’ve now successfully added your company logo and brand colors to your Postal instance. All Postal emails and landing pages will have your official branding - and it will look so awesome.
