What is the Orders tab?
The Orders tab is built to give an overview of all the orders in your Postal instance. From anywhere in Postal, select the Orders tab from the top navigation bar:
All relevant orders will show under their respective sections. The information included is the name of the item (or MagicLink), the contact, and the status. This information is clickable, allowing you to drill down into any order.
On the left, you'll see a navigation bar that allows you to view only specific information such as MagicLink Approvals, Drafts, and Emails.
Selecting one of these options will show only the relevant information. You can also select Show All to see more information.
All Orders Tab visitors will see the below options. Admins will be able to see activity account-wide in each option. Users will only be able to see send activity they have initiated within their Team. User/Managers and Team Admins will be able to see all Team-related send activity within each section (Drafts, Emails, MagicLinks).

In Review
- The Orders tab helps to view all orders in Postal as well as details about each order
- The orders you can see depend on your permission level
