Before You Start
This guide is for redeeming the Mastercard digital gift card. You will need to use an updated browser to redeem your card. The latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge are recommended.
Redeeming Your Gift Card
Your starting point is the email indicating you have been sent a gift.
Step 1: Select 'Accept'
Step 2: Select 'Submit'
Step 3: You will be taken to a page that indicates your gift is being processed
Step 4: Once the processing has finished, you will receive a new email titled "Your Virtual Promotional Visa Prepaid Card is Here!"
Step 5: Time to activate your Gift Card. Once you have selected the redemption link, you will be taken to a new page (myprepaidcenter.com/redeem) to begin the activation process.
Step 6: Fill out your information and scroll down agree to the Terms and Activate
Success! 🥳 You have redeemed your gift card. View your card to save the image or print.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I find the initial gift email?
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply@tangocard.com. While Postal does its best to ensure our emails get to you, some email client settings/rules can prevent them from doing so. You can also search your email client for the following terms

Do I get a confirmation email that I redeemed my card?
Yes, you will get a confirmation email from an email ending in @myprepaidcenter.com, titled "Your Virtual Prepaid Account".
How do I request a physical card?
After you retrieve your card, you will see an option to request a plastic card. *Note: a fee of $3 will be deducted from your card.
