Getting Started with Multi Currency Collections

  • Updated

Multi-Currency Collections enable Postal users to send items in different currencies. Recipients can then choose a physical gift that can be shipped to their location or a gift card that can be redeemed in the currency they use.

This streamlines gifting campaigns spanning multiple geographies and currencies, especially when you don’t know exactly where your prospects and customers are.

This article explains how Multi-Currency Collections work and what you need to know about using this feature.

Applies to: Admins/Users (as long as Users are allowed to create Collections)

Before You Get Started

To create Multi-Currency Colletions you’ll need to enable Currency Conversion. Currency Conversion allows Postal to take care of converting funds for you and is critical for enabling Multi-Currency Collections!

How Multi-Currency Collections Work

All Standard Collections can now be Multi-Currency Collections. To get started, you’ll want to create a new Collection or Edit an existing Collection.

You’ll notice the Currency filter on the left. Choose your currency and search for the item you want to add to the Collection.

Continue to add items of any currency to your Collection until it's just right. Save your Collection and you are ready to choose how to send!
