SalesLoft Integration

Allowing your team to create and send items in a cadence from SalesLoft has never been easier.
 

Before You Start

You'll need to have Admin access in both Postal and its equivalent in SalesLoft.
 

Activating the SalesLoft integration

  • Start by navigating to Profile Settings and select Integrations from the list on the left.
  • Find the SalesLoft integration tile and click Connect to SalesLoft
  • You'll be prompted to log in to SalesLoft and then returned to Postal 
 
  • Next, select enabled and choose the object mappings you wish to sync.
 
 

Note: all Activity from Postal will sync back to SalesLoft on the contact level.
 
 

Next, let's move to Salesloft to finalize the integration.

 

Activating the Postal integration in SalesLoft

  • Log in to SalesLoft
  • Navigate to your Settings
  • Navigate to Integrations under Admin
 
  • Enable the Postal Integration - Authorize the request
 


Success! The integration process should now be done.

 

NOTE: The integration runs every 15 minutes, so if you don't see your information in Postal right away, don't panic!
Give it 15 minutes~ and refresh the page.



The SalesLoft integration tile in Postal should look like the image below. Enabled in blue with a checkmark.
 


How to add Postal to your SalesLoft cadences for a one-off send

Postal is a native integration. Let's add a Postal step in your Cadence.
  1. Select Cadences on the left-hand navigation
  2. Select the Cadence you wish to add a step to
  3. Add a Step and select Postal
  4. Update Day Number and Multi-Touch if necessary then select Next
  5. Enter the step name and instructions for any specifications you want your team to execute on
  6. Add Step


Done! You have successfully added a Postal step to your cadence.
