Costs associated with offboarding can be covered by the remaining funds in your Postal account. In the event of additional expenses, a separate invoice will be generated for credit card or ACH payment.
All invoices associated with both offboarding costs & outstanding warehouse invoices are due within five days of receipt.

Donations / Disposal / Shipping
All options come with associated fees - request a quote.
Disposal
If you wish to dispose of any items from your inventory, send us a list of the items and quantities, and we'll provide you with a quote for disposal.
Disposal requests can take 5-10 business days to complete.
Donation - US Facilities Only
If you wish to donate any items from your inventory, send us a list of the items and quantities for initial review. For the final list, you will need to obtain a formal donation approval letter for GiveNKind. When asked if you are a ShipBob customer (ShipBob is Postal’s Warehouse Partner), check the 'Yes' box and input your warehouse location. Once approved, send us the official donation letter and we will initiate the shipment to the vendor.
Please note that there are service, pick, and shipping fees associated with this request. Fulfillment can take up to 5-10 business days to complete.
Shipping
Shipping options include parcel or freight. Depending on the quantity of items, Postal will collaborate with you to determine the best shipping option.

If you are offboarding items from a USA facility and sending them internationally, you will be responsible for arranging the freight forwarder.

Shipping international may require additional documentation for customs clearance including but not limited to product values and associated invoices, HS codes and product descriptions, and/or compliance identification for the end destination.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs):
Regular Season (Feb - September):
Offboarding requires Postal to schedule a specific appointment for fulfilling bulk quantities of items. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for this project to get scheduled and an additional 5-10 business days to fulfill your items.
Peak Season (Oct - January):
During the peak season, fulfillment of regular orders is prioritized and there are less available appointment options for scheduling in an offboarding project. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for this project to get scheduled in and an additional 5-15 business days to fulfill your items.
Please note that with both the regular and peak seasons, SLAs are estimates and the actual length of time could be quicker. These estimates do not take into account the time to ship. Domestic shipments can take 4-7 business days going parcel or freight. International parcels will take a minimum of 7-14 business days to ship. This does not include any potential delays that may occur due to customs holds or issues while in transit.
