Sending Items to the Warehouse
The Warehouse App allows you to create WRO labels to ship items to the warehouse.
If you want to send in a new item, click “Send new items to warehouse”
If you are restocking an existing item, skip this step, and go straight to the inventory list to begin selecting your products.
Creating WRO labels
A WRO label must be attached to every package shipped to the warehouse.
-
Select the checkbox next to the item(s) you want to send.
-
Click “Send to Warehouse” and fill out the requested information.
- Click on “Download labels” and print the PDF.
- Attach the corresponding WRO label to the outside of the package and ship it to the warehouse. The warehouse address will be printed on the labels. Shipping labels are the sender's responsibility.
-
Ensure all barcodes are not covered and are fully visible for the warehouse to scan upon arrival. These labels ensure proper receiving, timely processing, and prevent loss.
-
Failure to apply labels may result in rejected packages, fines, and a 2-4 weeks delay in receiving.
-
If your shipment is coming in by freight, an appointment will be required for delivery. The Postal Warehousing Team will request the BOL and can assist with scheduling
-
Lastly, email the tracking to warehousing@postal.com along with the associated WRO#. This helps the team immensely by notifying them when a package is being delivered.
Once your package has been delivered to the warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for the inventory to be available in the Warehouse App.
