Forgot your password? Did your password expire? Postal makes it easy to reset. Note: this will not work if you use an SSO.
Start by selecting 'I forgot my password' from the sign-in page.
Enter your email address, and you will be directed to confirm your email to continue the process.
Look for an email with the subject line "Postal.io | Create your new Password" from noreply@postal.io
Select 'Create a new one', and you will be taken to a page to create your new password. Please note that the password must meet the standards outlined just above the 'Continue' box.
Once your new password meets the criteria, select 'Continue'. Your new password is ready to go!
