Now that your BambooHR integration is set up, let’s create triggers to celebrate your employee milestones!
Note! Triggers will be sent to your employee's work email.
From the tab menu across the top of Postal, select the three horizontal dots and then select Triggers. In the top right corner of this page, select Create a Trigger.
Now, name your trigger and select the BambooHR integration.
Next, Select the Event to trigger off of.
- New Role by Compensation Change
- New Hire by Hire Date
- Birthday
- Anniversary 1yr by Hire Date
- 90 Days after Hire Date
Finally, select the trigger Action:
- Do Nothing
- Send an Item - This will prompt you to select and customize the item you wish to send.
- Start a Subscription
- End a Subscription
Once you have selected your item, select Create Trigger and you are all set. Any employees that meet the criteria moving forward will receive their item based on your settings.
