The Postal Chrome extension helps you and your users utilize Postal from your integrated CRM or Sales/Marketing platform to easily navigate and send your direct mail pieces.
All users that have a Postal login and are using your connected partner of choice will be able to add contacts to tags, lists, campaign(s), and a Subscription within the extension for a seamless sending experience. The extension will sync back to your CRM or Sales/Marketing platform on the contact's activity level, giving you reporting metrics of items sent.

Do you need to have Salesforce integrated (or other integrations) for this to work?

No. Emails will still be clickable but you will need to fill in the contact information before proceeding with sending.

Where can you use the Postal Chrome Extension?
You can use the Postal Chrome extension while in your CRM or Sales/Marketing platform. First, connect a partner integration within your Postal account. Once you've downloaded the extension, open it while in your CRM/Marketing and Sales platforms.
In Chrome, you can also adjust which sites the Extension is usable on.
Using The Postal Chrome Extension
After you have downloaded the Postal Chrome extension from the Google Chrome web store, start by logging in with your Postal login info (your Postal user credentials - username and password). Your login will apply the same to the extension as it does to the Postal platform.
You can add a contact if necessary OR if the contact owned by you has been identified they will show on the extension.
How to send an item

Log on to your respective CRM / Marketing and Sales tool

Locate your Contact/Lead

Select the Postal Chrome extension in your web browser (or use the plane!)

Choose whether you would like to search your approved items in the Marketplace or maybe choose a MagicLink!
Finalize the send details and you are good to go!
