Naming an item by a specific name can be helpful for a User when sending items for a special occasion. Example: New Years Chocolate, Birthday Bash, Thank You Basket, etc.
Approved items can be renamed by an Admin from your My Items section in a breeze.
First, As an Admin, navigate to the Marketplace and select My Items. You'll want to search for the item you wish to rename.
Next, you'll want to Hover over the item and select the gear icon to be able to make edits. Here's an example of what that looks like:
Once you've selected the gear icon, you can start renaming the item under Name.
- Name: Name of the item internally
- Display Name: Name of the item displayed to your contacts
Once you have confirmed these changes, select Update. Your item will now be updated and ready to send!
