At times, orders may encounter errors that require you to resend after making the needed updates. Here’s how you can retry an order.

Navigating to the Order Report
First, Navigate to Reporting > Order Report.
Use the search bar to locate the specific order you’d like to retry.
Selecting the order
Click on the name of the order/item once the order has populated.
Once you select the order/item name, it will bring up the order details screen.
Review the Order Details:
On this page, you’ll see the processing error and a message that gives you a reason as to what went wrong with the order.
Retry the Order
From the order details page, on the right-hand side, select Retry Order. This will then take you to the next page to update any information as needed and finalize your new order!
