How to Retry an Order

At times, orders may encounter errors that require you to resend after making the needed updates. Here’s how you can retry an order.

Navigating to the Order Report

First, Navigate to Reporting Order Report. 

 

Use the search bar to locate the specific order you’d like to retry.

 

Selecting the order

Click on the name of the order/item once the order has populated.

 

Once you select the order/item name, it will bring up the order details screen.

Review the Order Details:

On this page, you’ll see the processing error and a message that gives you a reason as to what went wrong with the order.

Retry the Order

From the order details page, on the right-hand side, select Retry Order. This will then take you to the next page to update any information as needed and finalize your new order!

 

 

*You can also take these steps by going into the contacts profile > scrolling down to their order history > clicking on the name of the item. This will open the order details page so you can retry the order.
