Managing Attendees
Approved Events live in the Events Tab under My Events. This is your home for all active Events. Let's start by editing your Event details.
Note: If an event has been confirmed but does not have a meeting link, you will need to toggle “My Events”
Then scroll down and toggle “Show Draft Items”.
You will then be able to see any booked events. Once a meeting link is added, you will no longer need to toggle Show Draft Items.
Your event will show a “Needs Data/Inactive Event” status. Once the meeting link is added, the status will change to “Accepting Invites” and you will be able to send invites.
Event Details
First, select Edit This Event found at the top right of the Approved Events page.
You can now edit the following:

Name - the name is included in your Event invites and calendar hold

Description - this is included in your Event invites

Meeting Link - add your virtual meeting room link

Number of Attendees

Once the requested attendee count has been reached, any additional acceptances will be rejected. This number can be edited to accommodate a larger number if needed. We recommend starting with a number that is larger than you expect to attend to avoid this error. You will not pay for any attendees until they have accepted your invitation.
