Creating tags for contacts can help you organize sets of contacts. You can use tags to filter contacts and create campaigns based on various tags. Those with the Manager and User roles can add Tags to contacts.
Adding a new or existing tag to contact(s)
- Select the contact(s) you wish to add a tag to (checkboxes on the left)
- A new icon menu will appear in the bottom center of your screen. Select the Update Tags icon
- Search for an existing tag or start typing the name of a new tag
- Once you have created the new tag or selected an existing tag, select Update Tags then Close
Removing Tags From Contacts
To remove Tag(s) from contact(s), follow the steps to select the contacts and search for the tag you want to remove from the contact.
Then, select the checkbox next to Remove these tags
Select Update Tags then Close
