Need to switch teams? Let's dive in.
First, identify the team you are in by checking the top right of Postal next to the Profile and Help buttons. In this case, we are in the Customer Success Team and need to switch to the Admin team.
*Please note that at this time, Postal supports one login that is used across multiple accounts.
To switch teams you can select the down arrow next to the budget number in the top right-hand corner. Select the name of the team you want to move to then the page and your team name should update!
And that's it. You can also select the Profile Icon and use the Switch Accounts button if you have access to this.
