Security is important, and Postal has features to give you more control over logins and session timeouts. This module requires the Security Package. Please contact your CSM or sales rep for more information.
Note: Only those with the Admin role will have the ability to adjust these settings.
Session Timeout Minutes - this is the number of minutes of inactivity in a user’s session before they are logged out. The default is 30 minutes.
Authentication Type - this is a way for an organization to force a specific authentication type for a user.
