Postal’s MS Dynamics 365 integration enables 2-way synchronization between their Dynamics 365 instance and Postal Engage platform for Accounts, Contacts, and engagement metrics. However, Dynamics 365 customers have to set up custom fields to receive and display these metrics.
This document outlines how to operationalize these custom fields.
Note: These instructions are only a guide and refer to Sandbox capabilities. Customers will need to engage their Dynamics365 admin for support and contextualization. Also, it is recommended that customers refer to MS Dynamics 365 documentation for updated and latest instructions. |
