With Postal’s Swag Creator you can choose, customize, and create swag for your projects of almost any size. This article will overview how the Swag Creator works.

The Swag Creator is found in the Marketplace
 

Selecting the Swag Creator option will prompt you to log in once more for verification purposes. You will see an authentication if this is your first time. Select approve after reading through the access authorization.

Now that you are in the Swag Creator it's time to learn about what you're seeing.

 

First, let's talk about selecting items. You can use the following options to get to the items that you want.

• Filters - various filters to help narrow down your search
• My Orders - Any orders you have that you have made
• Shopping Cart - Any selections you have yet to actually order
• Sorting - sort by Most Popular, Newest, Hottest, Highest Price, Lowest Price

Once you have selected an item its time to customize

Specs for the item you selected are available on the right side of the screen.

1. Choose your color or various colors
2. Upload your designs - Maximum file size 10Mb. For best results please upload an EPS file. This product allows only 8 colors to print
   1. A preview will show on the left as you update your design
   2. The image preview can be resized and moved around with the specs.
   3. Helpful design notes will pop out from the left as you continue to edit your product
   4. On the bottom right of the editor, you can click through different images to see a different angle
3. Choose your decorating method
4. Select the amount
5. A minimum order is enforced
6. In the case of sizing options, you can break up your total order into the different sizes

Now you can choose the following options

• Instant Quote
• Buy Sample
• Add to Cart - ultimately leads to purchasing and creating an order

How do I get billed when purchasing swag in the Swag Creator?

Funds will be pulled from the billing account that is associated with the team you are on when accessing the Swag Editor.

You will receive an email receipt for your purchase.

How do I see the swag I have purchased?

• Item moves to “Out of Stock” status
• Once verified it becomes “In Stock” and available to send in the Marketplace.
• First, an Admin will need to Approve the item and make it available for the appropriate teams
• From there, the item will be able to be sent like any other Marketplace item.

Can any user access Swag Creator and order items with their budget?

Yes.
 

Can I order a sample and an order at the same time? 

Yes, you would create two congruent orders that have the same lead time.

Can you easily reorder projects? Save projects? 

Yes. Under your Orders in Swag Creator Click "My Orders" and then click "Reorder" on the one you want to reorder.

Is there a place for us to see the shipping timeline in Postal? 

Yes, you can select the shipping timeline when in the checkout process.
