Transferring funds between Billing Accounts in Postal is as easy as a couple of clicks. There are just a few things to remember before you get started:
Note: You will need to have the Admin role to complete this process.
- Transferring funds has no effect on Budget
- Transfers must be of the same currency (USD ➡️ USD, CAD ➡️ CAD, etc.)
- You must have Admin privileges to make a transfer
Have all of the above ready to go? Great! Let's get started.
Step 1:
Go to the Transfers page. It can be found under Profile Settings Billing Transfers
Step 2:
Select the account you would like to transfer FROM, the account you would like to transfer TO, and the AMOUNT.
You can also add a note about the transfer, such as why it's happening, what it's for, or who requested it.

Step 3:
Click "Set Up Transfer" and you're good to go. All Transfers and their accompanying information can be tracked in the Transfer History right below the request area.
Transfers between accounts should happen instantaneously.
